Adding Payment Methods

How to Add a New Payment Method

Keeping your payment details up to date ensures uninterrupted access to your subscription and services. Follow these simple steps to add a new payment method to your account.

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

  • Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Click the profile icon — it’s the circular button with your initial (e.g., “J”).


Step 2: Open Settings

  • A dropdown menu will appear.
  • Select Settings from the list.

Tip: If you manage multiple accounts, make sure the correct one is selected before proceeding.



Step 3: Manage Payment & Subscriptions

  • On the Settings page, scroll down to the Payment & Subscriptions section.
  • Click the Manage payment & subscriptions button.


Step 4: Add a New Payment Method

  • You’ll see your current payment methods listed.
  • Click the + Add payment method button.


Step 5: Enter Your Payment Details

  • Choose your preferred payment method: Card, Google Pay, SEPA Debit, or AU Direct Debit.
  • Fill in the required fields:
    • Card number
    • Expiry date
    • Security code (CVC)
    • Country
  • Ensure the “Use as default payment method” checkbox is selected.
  • Click the green Add button to save.
